this is a carbon steel, meaning it will rust very easily in any moisture. Use any general purpose oil.

-Sharpening

I decided to put a 25° edge on this knife, its a common angle for Hunting or utility knives.

-Wood

though you should never have to care for the wood, if need arises I used teak oil, but you could use any wood stain or oil.
